DANCE AEROBIC EXERCISE
Our dance exercise program features Zumba, Bollywood, Funk, and Chair Aerobics. Daily exercise is essential to a healthy body and mind. Yet, 80% of our adult working population does not get the required aerobic exercise and strength training. Work, family life, and social commitments make it challenging for employees to establish a regular workout routine.
