Yoga makes use of both physical and mental disciplines that will achieve serenity and peacefulness of the mind and body. The core component of yoga is breathing and poses. We offer Chair yoga, a gentle hatha exercise form which makes use of a chair as a support either for sitting or standing.

The goal of this exercise is to improve physical, mental and even emotional health through its intrinsic meditative qualities. Exercise sessions can range from 30 to 60 minutes.
